Atul Kulkarni:

A national award winning actor, Atul Kulkarni of Hey Ram, Page 3,Chandani Bar, Rang de Basanti fame has now taken up the challenge of gaining weight challenge for a Marathi Film. Originally weighing 70 kg Atul gains in the film upto 85 kgs for the first half of the film and he reduced 17 kgs for the second half of the film. And all of these in just about three months, 45 days for gaining and 40 days for loosing weight.

Atul Kulkarni is doing all this for the Marathi film, 'Natarang', Zee Talkies first production.'Natarang' is based on a novel by Anand Yadav, Marathi litterateur and President of this year's Marathi Sahitya Sammelan. 'Natarang' is the story of GUNA, a farm worker from the backwad community, who is an amateur wrestler with ultimate dreams of playing the King in the traditional Marathi folk art Tamasha.

Now first half of the film is completed and Atul is extremely trying hard especially to lose weight with a strict schedule that includes a 12 km run and twice a day gym workout. For the 'Natarang', he has kept himself away from the other projects. From Sepember of the last year Atul is dedicated to this project, neither doing other films nor accepting scripts for seven months. He had kept Maniratnam, Vishal Bharadwaj and some other Hindi directors waiting.

Zee Talkies were very sure that only Atul Kulkarni could play Guna; and without him it was just not possible!

Recovery record and recovery volumes allow to reconstruct even physically damaged archives.

Changes in Version 3.80:
1. Added support for ZIP archives containing Unicode file names in UTF-8 format. When creating ZIP archive, WinRAR stores names in Unicode only if they cannot be stored correctly using the current single byte character set.
2. Added decompression support for WinZip AES encrypted ZIP archives.
3. Improved Unicode support for RAR and ZIP archive names.
4. "Ask before overwrite" and "Skip existing files" update modes are now available in archiving dialog. They allow to specify WinRAR behavior when updating already existing files in archive. Unlike already available "Fresh existing files only" and "Add and update files", these new modes ignore file date and compare only file names.

Command line equivalents of these modes are:
a) switch -o enables "Ask before overwrite" archiving mode;
b) switch -o- enables "Skip existing files" archiving mode;
c) switch -o+ enables "Overwrite all" mode (default for archiving).

5. New "Add to context menu" option in "Profile parameters" dialog. If this option is on, the profile name will be displayed in Explorer context menus allowing to activate a profile from context menu.
6. New -cp switch allows to select a compression profile in command line mode. It is supported only by GUI WinRAR.exe, not by rar.exe.
7. New "Options" page of archiving dialog contains the group of settings modifying the behavior of "Delete files after archiving" option from "General" page:
a) Delete files. Delete files normally like in previous WinRAR versions.
b) Move files to Recycle Bin. Deleted files are placed to Recycle Bin.
Command line equivalent of this option is -dr switch.
c) Wipe files. Before deleting file data are overwritten by zero bytes to prevent recovery of deleted files.
Command line equivalent of this option is -dw switch.

All these options have an effect only if "Delete files after archiving" is on. You can enable any of these options in the default compression profile to change the default behavior of "Delete files after archiving".

8. WinRAR "Extraction path and options" dialog is now resizable. You can use the mouse to drag its border to the desired size and provide more space for folder tree pane. WinRAR will store new dimensions of this dialog.
9. New "Update" SFX script command and "Update mode" group of options in "Update" page of "Advanced SFX options" dialog. These command and options allow to check time and implement file time based updating;
10. SFX script "Shortcut" command and "Add shortcut..." command in "Advanced SFX options" dialog now allow to specify an icon file containing an icon associated with shortcut.
11. New "Wipe temporary files" option in "Settings/Security" dialog provides more secure, though slower, way to delete temporary WinRAR files.
12. WinRAR and RAR display the total progress bar when unpacking a multivolume RAR archive if all volumes are present in the same folder.
13. WinRAR and RAR automatically expand names of environment variables in list files. For example, a list file can contain lines like:
%windir%\*.exe
%USERPROFILE%\Desktop

This feature is available only in Windows RAR version.

14. Added support of TAR archives with non-zero "extra field" data.
15. Added support of TAR archives, which does not contain the end of archive entry consisting of 512 zero bytes.
16. Improved Unicode support when dragging files from WinRAR window.
17. Shift+Tab key combination can be used in main WinRAR window to switch the input focus between interface elements (files, comment, tree, address) in reverse order. In previous versions Shift+Tab used the same order as Tab.
18. Corrected a possible WinRAR crash when opening truncated UDF ISO files.

- This release also includes Darwin EFI emulation boot for MBR (Master Boot Record) harddrives. Intel Core CPUs can use stock kernel and stock ACPIPlatform with EFI emulation on MBR and with GPT. This increases stability and performance.

- Intel CoreDuo Processors have appropriate SpeedStep Technology which is stable in OS X. If you have such processor, you can enable throttling feature using the “SpeedStep” package which you can find under system drivers section. Note that speedstep kernel is included in iATKOS main system, so don’t select any of the kernels with speedstep support if you don’t want to have kernel panic.

- There are some boot options for some various hardware. Boot DVD, press F8 and enter:
nforce -v
for nForce motherboards with intel SSE3 CPU
nforce_core -v
for nForce motherboards with Intel Core CPU
toh -v
for booting with ToH 9.2.0 kernel which works nice on many types of hardware

Installation:

1- Run Disk Utility via Utilities menu and erase the target partition for clean install. Do partitioning if you need to.

a- You can choose MBR (Master Boot Record) or GPT (Guid Partition Table) via partitioning options. If you want to change your existing partition table type, know that all your existing data on disk will be gone.
b- For Windows fellows that has not tested this amazing system yet and that does not want to loose their windows software, porn and virus&trojan archive on D:\, should use Parted Magic Live CD for preparing an active primary target partition and after that, just erase it via diskutil. Jump to Step 2.

2- Select the destination for installation.

3- Click customize and select what you need.

4- Click Install.

Install time is about 20 minutes.

What's a GUI file?
With a subscription to the Lynda.com website, one downloads their tutorials' movie files directly (and, if a premium subscription, the accompanying exercise files as well). Only the purchasers of their DVDs are able to make use of a menu system or graphical user interface (GUI) to view the movies. The GUI makes the presentation of the movies more efficient, especially as movies within a chapter can be played sequentially with a single click. Unfortunately, Lynda tutorials shared through bittorrent often lack the corresponding GUI files so replicas have to be created to restore their functionality.

So how do I use these?

* First, you need to download the actual tutorial movies. These are often distributed as ISO images (an archive file representing the entire contents of an optical disc). Many can be found on Demonoid.
* Second, download and unrar (ie. decompress with WinRAR) the corresponding GUI file. This will create a folder with the necessary subfolder structure on your hard drive.
* Next, you need to extract the movie files from the ISO and copy them to the appropriate locations in the GUI folder structure. Often this will be accomplished by mounting the ISO as a virtual drive, however, WinRAR is also able to open ISO files and extract their contents. Once you have located the movie files they should be copied into their corresponding "..\data\movies\chapxx" folders in the GUI. For example, Movies that begin with 00_ should be copied to the ...\chap00 folder, movies that begin with 12_ should be copied to the ...\chap12 folder, etc.
* Finally, the exercise files can be extracted to the ...\exercise files folder.

Please remember that the total path cannot exceed 255 characters or you will get an error message when you start up the windowmode.exe file!!!

"Unable to load movie playlist. Does the .INI file exists

But if you are using a Mac...
Included in this collection is a Mac Gui Apps.sit file. Unstuffing the contents to the root folder of any GUI should enable Mac functionality. Sorry I don't have a Mac and can't advise you further.

Some menus are fugly!
Well, they did evolve over time, but if you want to replace my meager efforts your own creations, you will also find a folder with blank background art to assist you.

What is a Twitch?
Essentially a Twitch is a random value at a random point in time. These Twitches are then used in connection with multiple operators to create unique custom effects.
